What to wear indoors to keep fit
When you’re at home on the couch try to avoid track pants and baggy oversized sweaters. You’re more likely to overeat because there’s still room in those baggy pants. Instead wear fitted clothing (not clothes that is too tight or else you won’t be able to breathe). When you wear fitted clothed you’re more conscious of how much you’re eating and you constantly want to suck in. This is when you draw the belly button in; it’s good for tightening the waistline and improves posture.
Fun winter activities
Don’t stay in and hibernate, embrace the snow!
Try fun outdoor winter activities to keep you moving and motivated.  When you take part in outdoor winter activities you not only burn more calories because you’re in the cold, wearing more clothes so it takes more effort to move, but you also get endorphins, which make you happy and feel good. This means you’re less likely to get sick in the winter months!
Some fun winter activities are:
Tobogganing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, building a snowman or building an igloo, a snowball fight can be fun but don’t try and hurt anyone
So get out there and have some fun in the winter wonderland!
